Evidence continues to mount that the most significant time to reach and teach a person about God is during the childhood years. In the light of this, KidZ At Heart training events are specifically designed to equip those who work with children to teach creatively, in ways that help children to really engage with God’s Word and learn how to have a growing, personal relationship with Him.

I will definitely put everything I have learned into practice. I was reminded of the fact that all of us learn differently – also children, and lessons ought to be learner-based to be more effective. These two days were positive, challenging and very experiential!

I loved the story-telling. I learned to accommodate all the kids and to celebrate the fact that we are all different and that I can teach in different ways. The second day on prayer and leading a child to Christ was great because I got to spend time with God.

I am privileged to have received this training; it is as if I was in the darkness concerning teaching kids and now I can see the light!
