Children are an important part of a local church’s life and ministry. Yet, often this area of ministry does not thrive the way we would like it to.
If you are a pastor, would you like to be able to strengthen and encourage the faithful servants who minister to the children in your church? If you are working with children, do you want learn to be more creative so that you enjoy teaching and the children are excited about God’s Word? turn the tide 4 children, Walk Thru the Bible and KidZ At Heart International are offering a new training opportunity that will meet this need for you!
The first KidZ At Heart Toolbox event will be held on March 17-18, 2010 at Mosaiek from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. During this encouraging and interactive training for those who serve in children’s ministry, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how children learn and how to bring the Bible to life in their teaching. They will be introduced to exciting ways to reach and teach children for Christ.
If your church already uses a curriculum, then this training will further enhance their creativity in teaching the lessons. If you do not have a curriculum for your Sunday School or other children’s programs, then the training will enable your teachers to take any Bible story and come up with their own creative ways to share the Word. They will be more confident in their teaching and the children will be eager to learn!
You can register for the KidZ At Heart Toolbox event on iTickets. The cost for the two day event, including lunches, is R375 and partial scholarships are available.
